The vinyl sheet pile properties can be designed strictly according to various of application like density, Charpy impact test, tensile strength, Bending modulus of elasticity,Softening point Vicat method, Resistance of climatic ageing and so on. Our PVC raw material has been exported to more than 65 countries like Philippines, Chile, Mexico, Kenya, Poland and so on. Especially some famous competitor also bought raw material from us. All of them gave us good reputation.

Besides, the raw material of sheet pile is produced by ourselves. So the cost must can be lower than other competitors. Also the quality also can be controlled from the original source. The service life of Small Boss vinyl(PVC) sheet pile can be more than 50 years. Moreover, excellent formulas can lower the number of die maintenance and make the production continuity. And then lower the cost.

Formulas R&D

Small Boss has our own mould department from tooling material choose,cutting, polishing, design to production. Much experience make perfect vinyl sheet pile mould; perfect mould make excellent finished products; the number of die maintenance will be lower and the life of tool will be longer.

In plastic field, Small Boss has been rated as a provincial laboratory. There are more than 40 testing machine. Almost all the properties of vinyl(PVC) sheet pile can be tested. Like density, hardness, Charpy impact test, tensile strength, Bending modulus of elasticity,Softening point Vicat method, Resistance of climatic ageing and so on. The sheet pile can be shipped out after passing all the test. Otherwise, we will not load the goods.
